History of the Dr. Martens brand
TASK
To create a non-profit informative website dedicated to the history of the Dr. Martens brand. The site should tell the evolution of the iconic footwear brand and its influence on fashion, culture and subculture. Target audience: brand fans, brand history researchers, fashion, footwear and style enthusiasts.
WHAT WAS DONE
We developed a website with a clear structure, divided into main blocks that told the brand story in detail. The main goal was to create a website that would not only be informative, but also attract attention with visual elements and ease of navigation. The main design concept is a combination of minimalism with industrial motifs, reflecting the rough Dr. Martens style. We created a visually appealing, yet austere site that combines a black and white palette with accents of the brand’s signature yellow color. The site is designed in two languages.
